Most influencers like to keep their work personal and carry forward work accordingly. Keeping it personal and private makes it easy to get in touch with them. Taking the time to write a personal note to each influencer may take some time. Nevertheless, it will demonstrate you're serious about partnering with the influencer. In turn, it will improve your chances of a successful collaboration.

3. Set a budget and management strategy

Your budget will be based on what you are willing to pay influencers. Plan time for executing, reviewing and evaluating your influencer program. 4. Connect with Micro Influencers

They have an engaged following, which means you'll be able to share content about your brand and products with them.

5. Analyse the overall response

As a last step, you should measure your influencer marketing strategy's results. Your success working with the influencer will be determined by how well you reach your audience.

Keep in mind to pay them accordingly, their work deserves the same recognition as someone else's and assuming that they are already being paid through ads and stuff is equally rubbish. If you are making them work for you do not expect it to be free of cost, they are working for you so should be paid by you as well for their time and efforts.
